REACH - Information

Sehr geehrter Geschäftspartner,

wir möchten Sie im Zusammenhang mit der REACH-Verordnung (EG) 1907/2006 wie folgt informieren:

Die ETT-GmbH ist gemäß Artikel 3 der REACH-Verordnung (EG) 1907/2006 weder Hersteller noch Importeur von Stoffen und Zubereitungen und bringt solche auch nicht in den Verkehr.

Unser Unternehmen importiert Fertigprodukte (Erzeugnisse) in die EU, die im Einzelfall registrierungspflichtige Inhaltsstoffe in einem Massenanteil von über 0,1% enthalten können. Es handelt sich um

•  DBP (Dibutylphthalat) CAS Registrierungsnummer 84-74-2
•  DEHP (Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalat) CAS Registrierungsnummer 117-81-7

Unter normalen, vorhersehbaren Bedingungen und bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung, werden diese Stoffe nicht in einer nach dem heutigen Stand der Wissenschaft als gesundheitlich bedenklich einzuschätzender Konzentration freigesetzt.

Als Handelsunternehmen streben wir in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produzenten danach, alle unsere Produkte unter Verbesserung der Produkteigenschaften frei von bedenklichen Stoffen zu halten.

Dear business partner,

referring to the REACH directive (EU) 1907/2006, we would like to inform you as follows

ETT-GmbH is neither a producer nor an importer of chemical substances or mixtures according to REACH directive article 3 and is also not trading any of these.

Nevertheless our company imports products into the EU that may contain the substances listed below above the threshold level of 0,1% by weight of the listed item. The substances are

•  DBP (Dibutylphthalate) CAS registration number 84-74-2
•  DEHP (Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate) CAS registration number 117-81-7

Given a normal and predictable use, these substances will not escape in a dose to be considered as harmful referring to today's state of science.

As a trading company, we strive to co-operate with our suppliers to eliminate all concerning substances by improving the product specifications.
